Whether you opt to use a Dremel or a Drill, it is imperative to use quality bits. Below are links to HSS Steel & Titanium Bits for use in completing the pins with 1st Time Quality Results.
Dremel 628 Precision (Standard)
Dremel 631 Brad Point (Standard)
I DO NOT RECOMMEND using the Dremel 636 Brad Point (Metric) - Use the U.S. Standard 631 Kit.
I speak more about this Starting at 35:20 in this Live Stream & Then at 51:30 I speak about the bits that come with a P80.

DEWALT Titanium Drill Bit Set
Wondering if you have linked the wrong live stream above. it references discussions at 51:30 but the duration of the video is only 44:33. Thanks!
Just tried using the Norseman bits... THEY TOTALLY SUCK!!! DON'T USE THEM!!! They have way to much run-out... So I used my Dremel 628 and 631 sets on my PF45 without run-out... FUCK THAT SHIT...
Hey all just to be clear, avoid the UK metric 636 set and use what is in this post and ignore the Jedi Pin video dated Mar 8th 2020. I saw this post after I watched the video and ordered the metric set. Im ordering the 631 set now. Thanks!
I wanted a brad point bit for 7/64 as well. Found them at the site linked below for a good price $2.60. They shipped quickly, and now I can get started on the my strike 80.

Will the both of the Dewalt bits fit in standard Dremel chuck?
